Thank you for shopping with us. Because our products are made to order just for you, we do not accept returns or size exchanges. Please check our size charts carefully before you buy.

Damaged or Defective Goods
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or mislabeled, we are here to help. You must contact us within 30 days of delivery at returns@retrorinks.com with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the damage or defect

Once we check the issue, we will happily send a free replacement or issue a refund. You do not need to mail the damaged item back to us.
